Hydraulic Small-size Machine Series

 

The IS-G/GN series of small-sized injection moulding machines for stabilized high quality moulding with their basic performance and functions improved for increased productivity and profitability.
For increased diversified production, the machines have been built with a spacious mould clamping space and material extruding space for use of a larger mould, as well as being equipped with Toshiba Machines direct pressure mould clamping mechanism, a 3-way product takeout system and ample space for the accommodation of a temperature controller for added space savings.
Adoption of a computer control system for easier machine operation with such features as NCC (numerical closed-loop control) and FF (feed forward) temperature control for stable moulding operation, in addition to a wide variety of screws and moulding systems assure the meeting of all highly advanced plastic moulding requirements.
